With less than three weeks until First Kick on March 2, Whitecaps FC today began delivering ‘Caps Cards to Season Ticket Holders. The ‘Caps Card will act as your ticket to all home matches, replacing the original season ticket booklet that has been delivered over the past two Major League Soccer seasons.
“Whitecaps FC are proud to be the first professional sports team in British Columbia to make the move from paper to plastic,” said Rachel Lewis, Whitecaps FC chief operating officer. “The club opted to move to this new technology to enhance the fan experience, and offer our Season Ticket Holder even more benefits.”
The ‘Caps Card is small, light-weight, and designed to be carried in your wallet at all times. It offers countless benefits including being highly sustainable. If fans are unable to use their tickets for a match, they can easily forward their tickets, for free, to family and friends by visiting whitecapsfc.com/capscard and following the prompts.
