The ‘Caps had to fight back from a two goal deficit to tie the game 2-2 and keep their unbeaten record at BC Place.

2-0 down with less than 20 minutes to go against the top team in MLS is not where you want to be, but that is where we found ourselves.
It was a big mountain to climb, but our Blue and White strapped on their hiking boots and did just that. The surge was led by Nigel Reo-Coker, who has been looking very much the part.
With the crowd behind them, the ‘Caps pinned Dallas into their own end and attacked them from every direction to draw level, and then nearly won the match.
Our boys never felt sorry for themselves. They kept their heads up and made sure they got something from this game when all looked lost to turn what could have a very bad day been into one they can build on.
Budding Talent
WATCH: Manneh scores his first
Kekuta Manneh was the latest of our young talent to showcase his talent and give us a taste of what the future could look like.
Once he entered the field, he took the game by the scruff of its neck, making exciting runs then scoring and assisting on both goals to lead the ‘Caps comeback.
Like Manneh, young players Darren Mattocks, Gershon Koffie, Omar Salgado, Russell Teibert, Corey Hertzog and Erik Hurtado have shown us flashes of the players they can become.
But their ages range from 18 to 22 and like a lot of young players, their performances will be inconsistent. For a player like Mattocks, Saturday was frustrating, but there are much brighter days ahead.
You have to be patient with young players. The highs will seem especially high and the lows will feel especially low, but as they learn the ins and outs of being a professional they’ll soon discover the grand picture and with that find consistency.
As a young player I worked twice as hard on my game as the older players and that would be my advice to this talented group, who I believe could be the best crop of youngsters in Major League Soccer.

Our 'Caps were outplaying FC Dallas for most of the game and creating numerous good chances, but they found themselves 2-0 down with less than 20 minutes to go.
It was becoming a frustrating night and the players were battling hard to turn the game around and give the crowd a reason to explode. The crowd was obviously very anxious, but they kept the energy high and kept pushing the team forward.
Finally the breakthrough came with two goals in less than five minutes that nearly had the fans lifting the roof off BC Place (no pun intended).
Once again the crowd had done their part as they stayed behind the team all day and willed them back into the game. This is the big reason that BC Place has become our fortress. Just when Dallas must have thought they had a win in hand, the fans sent a clear message: no one comes into our house and gets away easy.
