VANCOUVER, BC – Major League Soccer announced on Thursday that Vancouver Whitecaps FC won three of the league’s year-end awards that recognize individuals and clubs for outstanding contributions off the playing field in 2013.
Whitecaps FC collected the following awards:
- Marketing Executive of the Year: Mikkel Strojer (Director of Marketing, Whitecaps FC)
- Social Media Activiation of the Year: #fishcam
- Video of the Year: Y.P. Lee’s last match (created by Whitecaps FC videographer Zac Ratcliffe)
