There are a number of activations and opportunities in store for Whitecaps FC fans this Saturday at BC Place. Here's a brief glimpse of all the exciting events that ‘Caps fans can participate in throughout the match between Whitecaps FC and LA Galaxy.
Whitecaps FC exclusive 40th Anniversary Season Ticket Holder scarf
The first opportunity to pick up your 40th Anniversary Season Ticket Holder scarf from Whitecaps FC and Bell will be this Saturday post match vs LA Galaxy. Once the match is finished, make your way to the ramp at section 212 or 216 and you will be greeted by Whitecaps FC staff that will direct you to the pick-up point inside Gate A. Please note that if you exit the building, you will not be able to come back in to pick up your scarf as there is no re-entry.
You will be required to show your ‘Caps Card to pick up your scarf. One scarf per ‘Caps Card. Have paper tickets? No problem. These will also be eligible for Season Ticket Holder scarf pick up.
Remember to wear it at our 40th Anniversary Match on May 3 presented by Bell.
Not able to make it to the match this weekend? No problem. We will have the following additional pick-up options:

Not a Season Ticket Holder? There’s still time to get the scarf. Prorated season tickets remain available at whitecapsfc.com/tickets. Half-season and 5-Pack holders can also upgrade to season tickets and receive an exclusive scarf.
Bell Fan Zone
Be sure to visit the Bell Fan Zone from 3 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. PT for your chance to meet and receive an autograph from a Whitecaps FC player. While you are at the Bell Fan Zone, you can also show off your Whitecaps FC pride by getting your face painted, colouring your own unique Whitecaps FC scarf, and scoring goals against the opposition as your favourite Whitecaps FC players in EA SPORTS FIFA 14.
BMO Kicking Cage
The BMO Kicking Cage, which Whitecaps FC fans can find at ‘Caps Kickoff at Terry Fox Plaza, offers the chance for you to measure your speed and accuracy and see how you compare against your favourite ‘Caps players. Be sure to sign up for a BMO MasterCard while you are visiting the BMO booth to experience the Power of Blue.

Win access to exclusive match experiences such as the BM0 Official Coin Toss, the BMO Move of the Match and the Post-Match Kick by using your BMO MasterCard or debit card at the BMO Power of Blue line at Gate A at BC Place.
‘Caps Kickoff
Come out to ‘Caps Kickoff from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. PT at Terry Fox Plaza and get excited about the match. ‘Caps fans of all ages are invited show their support for the Blue and White at this fun community event!
Be sure to visit Bell Media at ‘Caps Kickoff, as TEAM Radio will be live at Terry Fox Plaza to broadcast their pre-match show.
The Comic Soccer players featuring Sammy Soccer on stilts will also roaming the grounds at ‘Caps Kickoff to deliver laughs for Whitecaps FC fans.

‘Caps in the Community Match-Day Partner – Canadian Cancer Society
Whitecaps FC are proud to announce that the Canadian Cancer Society of BC and Yukon is our community match-day partner this Saturday. Canadian Cancer Society volunteers will on hand to encourage ‘Caps fans to wear daffodil pins during the month of April to show our support for those are currently facing or have been affected by cancer. All proceeds raised from the Daffodil campaign will directly support Canadian Cancer Society’s programs and services including their four cancer lodges located in British Columbia, the Cancer Information Service, their many wig and prosthesis banks, as well as Camp Goodtimes. Port Metro Vancouver Heritage Horns
Following every win for the Blue and White this 40th anniversary season, Port Metro Vancouver will sound the Heritage Horns at Canada Place. For the past 15 years, the horns have served as a lunch hour tradition in downtown Vancouver, sounding the first four notes of the national anthem every day at noon. The sounding of the Heritage Horns for Whitecaps FC victories not only symbolizes the local pride for the Blue and White, but could mark the beginning of a unique sports tradition unlike any other in North America.
Budweiser Man of the Match
‘Caps fans can visit whitecapsfc.com/MOTM after the 70th minute of the match this Saturday to vote on which ‘Caps player has earned the honour of being named the Budweiser Man of the Match.
Bike Valet
A complementary bike parking facility will be provided at Gate F for all ‘Caps fans riding their bikes to the match this Saturday. Be sure to roll in and drop off your bike before kickoff!
