VANCOUVER, BC – Vancouver Whitecaps FC are set to kick off their 2015 preseason training camp this coming Monday, January 26, at the University of British Columbia (UBC). The ‘Caps lone preseason match in British Columbia will be their annual friendly match against the University of Victoria Vikes on Sunday, February 15.

Whitecaps FC will begin camp with a week of training in Vancouver before departing for nine days in Tucson, Arizona. As part of MLS Preseason in Tucson, the ‘Caps will play three preseason matches at the North Kino Sports Complex in Tucson. First up will be a match against New England Revolution on Wednesday, February 4, followed by San Jose Earthquakes on Saturday, February 7, and Houston Dynamo on Tuesday, February 10.

The ‘Caps fourth preseason match will be their annual encounter with the UVic Vikes on Sunday, February 15. Kickoff will be at 2 p.m. PT at Centennial Stadium. The 2015 edition will be the 10th meeting between the ‘Caps and Vikes in a tradition that dates back to 2005. Last year, Whitecaps FC defeated the Vikes 1-0 at Centennial Stadium.
