Vancouver Whitecaps FC U-16 Residency will host their United States Soccer Development Academy (USSDA) quarter-final against Georgia United next Wednesday, July 8 at Simon Fraser University (SFU) Field #4. Kickoff will be at 6 p.m. PT.

This will be the first time that the club hosts a USSDA playoff match in Canada. Admission is free as fans are encouraged to attend and show their support for the Blue and White.

The quarter-final winner will advance to the USSDA semifinals on July 16 at the StubHub Center in Carson, California. The Championship match will take place on July 18 at the same venue.

It has been a successful season so far for Whitecaps FC U-16 Residency. For a second straight year, the team won the Northwest Division, then topped their Academy Playoff group to qualify for the quarter-finals.

The USSDA is regarded as the top academy league in North America. Aside from New York City FC and Toronto FC, every MLS club fields academy teams in the 79-club USSDA.
