Is my season ticket membership active?

For the final five regular season home matches at BC Place in 2021, all season ticket memberships will be reactivated - starting with the September 25 match. Members will be offered the opportunity to maintain their legacy seats. Those who do not want to reactivate can pause their membership by Monday, September 20 at 5 p.m. PT.

Can I get printed tickets?

Do I need to wear a mask?

Masks are mandatory at BC Place. All fans aged 5+ must wear a mask while in the stadium. Masks, covering the nose and mouth, must be worn at all times except when you are eating/drinking in your assigned seat. This rule will apply regardless of whether the BC Place roof is open or closed.

Do I need to be vaccinated?

Fans are required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination alongside valid government photo ID to enter BC Place.

The BC Vaccine Card is the only proof of vaccination accepted for admittance.

Proof of a negative COVID-19 test will not be accepted. Youth aged 12-18 are exempt from showing ID but must show proof of vaccination. Youth aged 11 and under are exempt from showing ID or proof of vaccination. Click here for more information and to get your BC Vaccine Card. We recommend you arrive at least 45 minutes early to allow extra time for vaccine verification.

People from other Canadian provinces or territories must show:

  • Provincially/territorially officially recognized vaccine record
  • Valid government photo ID

International visitors must show:

  • Proof of vaccination they used to enter Canada
  • Passport

Will I need to submit a waiver to attend?

Yes. All attendees will need to submit a waiver through their Account Manager or TM Host account.
