Is my season ticket membership active?

For the final five regular season home matches at BC Place in 2021, all season ticket memberships will be reactivated - starting with the September 25 match. Members will be offered the opportunity to maintain their legacy seats. Those who do not want to reactivate can pause their membership by Monday, September 20 at 5 p.m. PT.

Can I get printed tickets?

How will seating be arranged at BC Place?

BC Place will operate at a reduced 50 per cent of lower bowl capacity.

Do I need to wear a mask?

In accordance with the order under the British Columbia Public Health Act, masks are currently required at all Vancouver Whitecaps FC home matches at BC Place. Masks, covering the nose and mouth, must be worn at all times except when you are eating/drinking in your assigned seat.

Do I need to be vaccinated?

In accordance with the recent B.C. Provincial Health Order, please note that all fans will be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination alongside valid government photo ID starting from our September 25 match onwards. Guests are recommended to arrive between 45-60 minutes early to arrive at their seats in a timely manner. Youth aged 12-18 are exempt from showing ID but must show proof of vaccination. Youth aged 11 and under are exempt from showing ID or proof of vaccination. Proof of a negative COVID-19 test will not be accepted for admittance. People from other Canadian provinces or territories must show:

  • Provincially/territorially officially recognized vaccine record
  • Valid government photo ID

International visitors must show:

  • Proof of vaccination they used to enter Canada
  • Passport

Will I need to submit a waiver to attend?

Yes. All attendees will need to submit a waiver through their Account Manager or TM Host account.
