Whitecaps FC add European defenders Elliot Green and Sem de Wit to WFC2

VANCOUVER, BC – Vancouver Whitecaps FC announced today the addition of defenders Elliot Green and Sem de Wit to the club’s Whitecaps FC 2 roster for the 2016 United Soccer League season - pending receipt of their international transfer certificates. Per club policy, terms of the deals were not disclosed.

“For young players, Elliot and Sem each already have more than 50 professional matches under their belt. That experience sets them up to be successful coming into our group," said WFC2 head coach Alan Koch. “Elliot is skilled on the ball and has a good physical presence about him. Sem is a character guy who's very mobile and excellent in possession. We're excited to bring them into our team."
