Footie fans in Langley are in for a treat, Cascadia style, as Whitecaps FC 2 host Seattle Sounders FC 2 at McLeod Athletic Park on Labour Day, Monday.
Kickoff is set for 3 p.m. Get your tickets here.
The two sides renew acquaintances just three days after WFC2 snatched defeat from the jaws of victory south of the border as S2 stole the win on the final possession of the highlight-filled evening.
The wound is still fresh and the 'Caps are out for revenge and they get a chance at it right away on the holiday afternoon.
FIVE IN USL 20 UNDER 20
Monday's match promises to have a number of young talent in full display, given that a quarter of the USL 20 Under 20 is made up of players from the two sides.
Topping the list of the league's youngest talent 20 years and under is Sounders FC Homegrown forward Victor Mansaray, a Sierra Leone native who now features for the United States U-20 national team.
Landing at 12th is his teammate, left winger Mark O'Ojong, who has capped for Cameroon twice at the tender age of 19, and who jumpstarted S2 on a counter-attack for last Friday's late winner.
On the 'Caps side, Alphonso Davies and Marco Bustos ranked eighth and ninth, respectively, while right back Kadin Chung, who turns 18 on Monday, took the 18th spot.
LANGLEY, PART DEUX
WFC2 are back in Langley after putting on a thrilling show the first time around, when Thomas Sanner scored a 20-minute hat trick to lead the 'Caps to a late 3-1 comeback win.
The boys feed off the energy from the crowd and all signs are pointing towards another barn-burner at McLeod Athletic Park.
You won't wanna miss this one.
