Kyle, 22, enters her sixth season with Whitecaps FC after last being with the club during the 2011 W-League playoffs, playing every minute of all three postseason matches and scoring two goals. During her career with Whitecaps FC, Kyle has started 21 of her 27 appearances, scoring four goals and recording five assists. Outside of her time with Vancouver, Kyle played for Piteå IF in the Swedish Damallsvenskan in 2009.

In 2006, Kyle excelled playing Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) soccer at the University of Saskatchewan, making 14 appearances and scoring three goals with three assists. Additionally, Kyle was named Saskatchewan Soccer Association Youth Female Player of The Year in 2004, 2005 and 2006, and Senior Female Player of the Year in 2010 and 2011.

Internationally, Kyle has started 41 of her 54 appearances for Canada, scoring four goals and recording four assists. This past January, the native of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, appeared in all five matches for Canada at the 2012 Women’s Olympic Qualifying tournament at BC Place, starting three matches and scoring one goal. In 2011, Kyle started all three of Canada’s matches at the 2011 FIFA Women’s World Cup. On the youth side, the central midfielder represented Canada at the U-20 and U-17 levels.

2011: Kyle made three playoff appearances for the 'Caps last year. Kyle scored two goals during those appearances including the game winning goal against arch-rival Seattle to help the blue and white clinch third place. 2010: Kyle made five appearances for the 'Caps during the 2010 regular season where she tallied two assists. The former Huskey had two playoff appearances for the 'Caps contributing a goal and a assist as the 'Caps fell in the Championship final. 2008: The Saskatoon product made six appearances for the blue and white adding two assists to the club's totals. 2007: The midfielder made eight appearances in her second season for the 'Caps scoring one goal. 2006: In her inaugural W-League season Kyle made one appearance for the blue and white for a total of 78 minutes.

2009: Kyle had a spell in Sweden's top-flight women's league Damallsvenskan with the Pitea IF squad.

Kyle will be joining the Canadian Women's National Team at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. The midfielder recently played for Canada at the 2012 CONCACAF Women's Olympic Qualifying in Vancouver starting two of her five appearances and scoring one goal. The Saskatoon native also played two games for the red and white at the Cyprus Cup in 2012. Kyle played a huge role in Canada qualifying for the 2011 FIFA Women's World Cup where she made three starts in Germany and started all five matches for 397 minutes for the red and white in the 2011 CONCACAF Women's World Cup Qualifying in Mexico. U-20: Kyle has played in two U-20 FIFA Women's World Cup's for Canada for a total of six appearances and one goal. The midfielder has also participated in two U-20 CONCACAF Women's World Cup Qualifying for the red and white making nine appearances tallying a goal.
