Jenna Baxter

A native of Surrey, BC, Jenna Baxter returns after first joining Whitecaps FC Girls Elite in August 2013 after previously playing with Surrey United SC in the EA SPORTS BC Soccer Premier League.

Baxter was selected to the U-16 provincial team. 2012: Captaining Surrey United SC U-15, Baxter was named the MVP of the Provincial Cup after scoring the teams first goal from a free kick. Baxter was selected as a co-captain for the BC provincial and led the team in scoring. 2011: The midfielder was named MVP of the U-14 BCSPL Provincial Championship. The midfielder was selected to the BC provicial team.


2013: The midfielder was invited to attend two Canadian U-17 identification camps. Later, Baxter was invited to attend the pre-tournament camp in Florida, before representing Canada at the 2013 U-17 Girls CONCACAF Championships, winning a silver medal. 

Baxter's parents are Lee-Anne Barry and Dale Baxter. She has two siblings Laura and Jordan and attends Fraser Heights Secondary.


The midfielder's favourite team is FC Barcelona and fellow midfielder Xavi is her favourite player. One day, Baxter would like to play for team Canada. She has the superstition of dressing from right to left. Baxter enjoys volleyball, biking, and hanging out with friends. Chicken and pasta are the midfielder's favourite foods.
