Alessandro Hojabrpour, a native of Burnaby, BC, is a versatile player whom is able to play in the midfield and upfront as a striker. Hojabrpour joins Whitecaps FC from Coquitlam Metro-Ford Soccer Club where he was a captain for many years.

Before joining Coquitlam Metro-Ford SC, Hojabrpour showcased his skills for Whitecaps FC Prospects in 2007-2008. He has also collected an array of awards like championships, Most Valuable Player in tournaments and for the year, while being named captain at almost every step of his young soccer career.
The 5-foot-4 utility player has an expected graduation in 2018. He names his parents, Payman and Teresa, as his biggest supporters in his goal to one day become a professional soccer player.
Hojabrpour’s favourite club to watch is Italian Serie A giants Juventus F.C. and he would one day like to play at their home field, Juventus Stadium. His favourite soccer player is the legendary Frenchman, Zinedine Zidane. Even when he is away from the pitch, Hojabrpour's favourite hobbies include playing all sorts of sports.
