Carson Ho

Carson Ho, a native of Vancouver, BC, is both gritty and talented upfront as a striker. Ho joins Whitecaps FC from Lower Mainland based club Fusion FC.

Before joining Fusion FC, Ho was a youth standout for the Dunbar Soccer Association from 2006-2011, and he was actually was moved up a year for the U-12 team due to his successes. He then progressed to Total Soccer Systems Academy from 2008 to 2010, where he also helped the club win the Baker Blast 2009 tournament. Carson then went on to play for Mountain United FC in 2011 in the Super Y League First 11 division before finally progressing to Fusion FC. He was also named as one of the few honorable players to the U-13 BC Provincial team.
The 5-foot-10 striker currently attends Point Grey Secondary in the ninth grade, with an expected graduation in 2017. He names Whitecaps FC Ambassador, Carl Valentine, as the most influential person to his soccer development in the time spent with each other when Valentine coached Ho at TSS Academy.
Ho's favourite soccer team is English Premier League giants, Liverpool F.C., while his favourite soccer player is The Reds' forward Luis Suarez. He also dreams to one day play at their homeground of Anfield. When he is not playing soccer, Ho enjoys fishing and walking his dog, Basil. His favourite food is sushi.
