Canada's U-20 women's national team earned a 2-0 victory on Thursday in their opening match of the 2015 CONCACAF U-20 Women's Championship tournament in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. This tournament serves as qualification to the 2016 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in Papua New Guinea.
Sarah Kinzer and Martina Loncar provided the scoring for Canada. Whitecaps FC London Academy Player of the Month Rylee Foster had the shutout in net.
