“Saturday was a decent first game back to get the rust out from the holiday break,” said U-16 head coach Adam Day. “However I felt we could have done better on Sunday. We have been really strong defensively this year, but we weren’t at our best on the day. We will move on from this match and get back to the level we know we can play, and what a great game to respond with next week against Seattle Sounders FC.”
