Residency Report: Clean sweep in Portland

Whitecaps FC Residency teams were in Portland on the weekend, facing the Timbers in Development Academy action.

The U-19s earned a 3-2 victory against their Cascadia rivals.

Simon Colyn led the way with a goal and an assist, while Nicholas Fussell and Andres Charles-Barrera netted the other two for the ‘Caps.

The U-17s kept a clean sheet in a 1-0 win over the Timbers.

Thomas Raimbault scored for the ‘Caps in the 49th minute on an assist from Christopher Lee.
