Name: Lily Lynch

What her coaches say: "Lily has been a pleasure to coach during this phase. Her enthusiastic attitude to training and bravery in 1v1 attacking situations make her a stand out. She also makes clever decisions when in possession of the ball! Keep up the great work Lily!"

What his coaches say: "Aidan has demonstrated the various key competencies that he has during this season. His ability to receive and take a touch away is effective and consistent. He also shows great character in training, being a positive influence in the group. The coaches really enjoy working with Aidan!"
Lethbridge Academy Centre
Name: Mia Okuma

What her coaches say: "Mia has had a great Fall phase so far! She pays close attention to every detail the coaches are giving her. With these training habits and her obvious passion for the game, we have seen great improvement especially in her ability to dribble past opponents in 1v1 situations. She also reacts quickly in moments of transition to defend and regains the ball back for her team! Keep up the great work Mia!"

What his coaches say: "Arman has really impressed the coaches so far this phase. His ability to open up and receive to move the ball into space quickly is excellent. He creates opportunities for teammates with his high levels of vision and awareness. His work ethic and attitude to training is also second to none which makes him a real pleasure to coach!"

Name: Sarah Neuls
Birth Year: 2007
What her coaches say: "Sarah has been absolutely brilliant since the academy started this phase. Her bravery and technical ability to manipulate the ball in tight situations to get past opponents has really improved, which is a credit to how hard she works with the ball away from training. Her enthusiasm and concentration levels in training are also outstanding and with this approach she will continue to develop quickly!"

What his coaches say: "Noah has really improved over the past couple of months, especially the 1v1 attacking side of his game. His touch into space has become a lot more controlled and consistent which is a credit to how hard he works in training and at home. His reactions in transition to defend moments are also excellent which speaks volumes for his desire to help his team get the ball back quickly!"

Name: Daniela Feria-Estrada

What her coaches say: "Daniela has been great for the coaches to work with this phase! Her enthusiasm and attention to the details we are giving her in training are speeding up her rate of development. She has dazzled the coaches with her imagination in 1v1 situations which demonstrates how hard she works with the ball to give her that level of mastery. Keep up the excellent work Daniela!"

What his coaches say: "Luka has been a pleasure to coach this phase. He is a very unpredictable player with a deft first touch, spatial awareness, and a fantastic disguise of pass. This ability allows him to break opponent lines easily and set up chances for teammates. Keep up the excellent work Luka, we are very excited about your potential!"

Fraser Valley Academy Centre

What his coaches say: "Carter is new to the prospects academy and we have been very impressed with his level of ability, especially as he is one of the younger players in the program. We look forward to seeing him develop further over the coining months. Keep it up Carter."
Name: Noah Collins
What his coaches say: "Over the past month, Noah has displayed both great enthusiasm and positive training habits during his training sessions. It's exciting to see his level of play, specifically his tempo and speed of play while on the ball has become much faster. He is powerful and should keep using his stature to his advantage. Keep up the great work Noah!"
Name: Kyra Wallis
What her coaches say: "Kyra has been a star in the academy this phase. Her awareness and vision on the ball has really improved and this is a testament to the increased tempo that she plays at and levels of concentration. I have been really impressed with her receiving skills and her ability to take players on 1v1. She has also been excellent away from the pitch, completing exemplary “superhero homework’ Keep up the great work Kyra!"

What her coaches say: "Maya is new to our academy this year. She has shown a fantastic work ethic and wants to continually learn and get better. Although she is very young, Maya has integrated very well into our academy system and is learning more and more every day, striving to be better with each training session. Our coaching staff enjoys working with her and helping her development in the game. Great work Maya!" 

London Academy Centre 
Name: Jamie Lefebvre

Hometown: London, Ontario
What her coaches say: "Jamie excelled at the HPP Camp in Vancouver. A fast consistent goalscorer, Jamie was one of six girls who travelled from London for the girls HPP Camp in November. She was also involved in Ontario Soccer's Provincial tryouts when she returned. Congratulations on a great month Jamie."

What his coaches say: "Brandon excelled at the HPP Camp in Vancouver, getting selected for the Game of Distinction against the Whitecaps FC Academy 2004 team. His performance in that game earned him one of the four spots for the Generation Adidas tour to Madrid in December, a fully funded trip where players will train at the Real Madrid facilities and play competitive matches against the Real Madrid and Rayo Vallecano academy teams. Congratulations Brandon and enjoy this amazing opportunity."

What her coaches say: "Shea has really grown this phase as a great dribbler of the ball with fantastic control of the ball in tight spaces. She has really started to show her competitiveness, and love for the game. She plays every day with a smile on her face."

What his coaches say: "Emmett quietly went about his business in November, but the effort he has been putting in on and off the pitch is apparent. He is a great dribbler able to bypass defenders regularly and is creative in possession. This with a great work ethic is what led to a great November for Emmett."

What her coaches say: "This is the first phase we have had Lucy involved in the academy and we are very pleased with her progress. She clearly has a love for soccer and her fundamental skills are very strong. We look forward to working with her again in the winter phase."

What his coaches say: "Jaxon has had an excellent fall phase. He is one of the younger players in the group but he more than holds his own against the older boys and we have been really impressed with the way in which he is influencing play during the sessions and games."

What her coaches say: “Gabrielle’s development over the past six months has been nothing short of breathtaking – she has grown into a confident and accomplished footballer with huge potential since joining the academy. As a centre half she is commanding and assured – offering her entire team the confidence to go and play knowing Gabby will be secure at the back. Technically proficient and tactically aware, Gabby has been fantastic throughout November. Well Done Gabby!”

What his coaches say: “Eriq never misses a session despite an upwards of 40-minute drive to be with us. He has pace, vision and awareness and is always one of the first to answer any questions in session and isn’t afraid to ask either. He has clear goals and aims, and is laser focused on achieving them. Aside from his on-field quality, Eriq also volunteers his own time on a Friday evening to coach our Pre-Prospects group alongside myself & coach Zach – how many 16 year-olds do you know that would willingly give up their Friday evening to coach after a long week in school?! Well done Eriq – keep up that hard work.”

What his coaches say: "Raj just joined into our U-17 full-time academy and has shown great commitment to improve each day. He is the first to training and works very hard in all sessions. Raj shows humility and a tremendous attitude at all times. Great job Raj!"

What his coaches say: "London’s work rate during the last three months during sessions has been phenomenal. His desire to learn and the courage to constantly want the ball has caught the eye of all the coaches. London shows creativity in possession and is always looking to play positive whilst involving his teammates. What I also like, is London improving the defensive side of his game. Well done London.

What his coaches say: "Cole is reasonably new to the program, but he’s settled really quickly into our training environment and is already showing good strides due to his excellent attitude to training. The coaching staff really enjoy working with Cole because of his great attitude and fun approach to the game. Keep it up Cole!"

What his coaches say: "Over the past month, Christian has displayed both great enthusiasm and positive training habits during training sessions. It's exciting to see his level of play, specifically his tempo and speed of play while on the ball. Keep up the great work!"

What his coaches say: "William began the Fall program in impressive fashion, dominating play in central areas and always looking to be dangerous. He is raising the intensity of all those round him. He is an effective leader on the field and receives feedback with enthusiasm. William is a joy to coach right now…keep it going!"

What her coaches say: "Arrissa has had a fantastic month. Arrissa has consistently displayed her passion and hard work for soccer in every session during the fall phase, which makes her a delight to coach. Arissas’s game understanding has really improved this phase in which she is now understanding when to attack and take on opponents and when to go back and defend the play. Fantastic start to the season Arrissa!"
