Whitecaps FC U-15s return to prestigious Rotterdam Football Cup

Vancouver Whitecaps FC’s U-15 Academy team have returned to the Rotterdam Football Cup for a third consecutive year, playing in the prestigious tournament from April 20 to 22, organized by AcademyTrips.com.

This year’s competitors include the likes of Tottenham Hotspur FC (England), Atletico Madrid (Spain), and defending champions TSG 1899 Hoffenheim (Germany).

The ‘Caps will start the tournament in Group B, alongside:

  • RB Leipzig (Germany)
  • AZ Alkmaar (Netherlands)
  • Hajduk Split (Croatia)
  • AaB Aalborg (Denmark)
  • SK Brann (Norway)

Saturday, April 20

  • 10:30 a.m. local / 2:30 a.m. PT vs. Hajduk Split
  • 2:00 p.m. local / 6:00 a.m. PT vs. RB Leipzig
  • 6:00 p.m. local / 10 a.m. PT vs. Aalborg BK

Sunday, April 21

  • 10:00 a.m. local / 1:00 a.m. PT vs. SK Brann

The semifinals, finals, and placement matches will then take place on Monday, April 22.
