Whitecaps FC Academy centre back Nathan Demian also earned a second straight start, while Toronto FC II player Jayden Nelson netted a hat trick for the Red and White in the victory.
Canada enters the final match of the group stage on Monday needing just one point against Barbados to book their place in the Round of 16. Teams who reach the semifinals earn their spots in the World Cup.
