BMO Academy Report: 'Caps advance to Shield Final at Concacaf U-13 Champions League

SAN JOSE, COSTA RICA – Vancouver Whitecaps FC Pre-Academy advanced to the Shield Final of the 2019 Concacaf U-13 Champions League with a 2-0 win over Canadian rivals Montreal Impact on Thursday.

Two second half goals from Isaac Brown, assisted by Kyler Vojvodic and Angelo Zhu respectively, provided all the scoring the 'Caps would need.

The 'Caps will play the Shield Final against home side LD Alajuelense of Costa Rica. The match will be played this Saturday, August 17 at 8 a.m. PT (9 a.m. local).
