What his coach says: "Madison has had a very bright start to the Fall phase. Her ability to break a line with a dribble makes her a dangerous player and she has improved her ability to receive with both feet over the summer. Her positive and competitive approach to training inspires her peers to raise the level of their performance and she is a delight to coach. Keep it up Madison!"

What his coach says: "Alex has been consistent in our Academy for the past couple of years and he has evidently shown vast improvement in all our club player habits that we are teaching. In particular, he has improved his ability take a directional touch out his body as he receives which demonstrates technical improvement. In addition his attitude and approach to training is always first class. Good work Alex."

What his coach says: "This is Tony's first Academy phase having impressed at one of our Summer camps. Tony is a difference maker in possession and we are really excited to develop his potential. He has the ability to break opposition lines with his explosive turn of pace and high game IQ. He also has strong technical foundations. Tony is a tough and competitive trainer and we look forward to seeing him grow with our club. Keep making an impact Tony."

What her coach says: "Emily has impressed her coaches this phase with her individual player habits in possession. She has demonstrated calmness on the ball under pressure and her high game IQ helps her make consistently effective decisions. Technically, she has good ability to open up and receive out of her body which helps her execute her next action. Emily is also a competitive trainer with a very likeable personality. Keep it up Emily."

What her coach says: "Brooklynn is in her first phase of the Academy and has already left a very positive impression on the coaches. She is determined to get better and it is evident that she has been paying close attention to the homework tasks that have been sent. This attitude to self-improve will see her grow further. Already, we are seeing her ability to retain the ball in tight areas of the field significantly improve which has made her move more comfortably and confidently with the ball. Keep making strides Brooklynn!"

What his coach says: "Nathan has been in our Academy for the past year and was recently deservedly selected for our Alberta summer showcase team. He has carried on that good form into the Fall phase with commanding training performances. His awareness to make consistent, effective decisions has really impressed the coaches - in particularly his ability to recognize when to break lines with a dribble/pass or when to retain the ball. He is also a leader in the group - a key characteristic we look for in our players."

Name: Ben and Riley Toye

What their coach says: "Ben and Riley are twin brothers who both deserve to be joint players of the month. They have demonstrated incredible talent in particular in 1v1 moments. They have slightly different special qualities at the moment. Riley has fantastic close control and has no fear to beat defenders individually even if there are two or three defenders around him. Meanwhile, Ben has great awareness and recognizes moments to release the ball to players in a better position to score than him. They are also very positive with their teammates and competitive trainers. We are delighted to coach them both and look forward to many more years!"

What her coach says: "Kamble was selected for our Alberta Academy Centre summer showcase team where she excelled and her talent is shining again. What set's Kamble apart from her peers is her vision to play the penetrating pass which breaks opposition lines. She has really improved her receiving skills, consistently taking her touch away from pressure which gives her more time and space on the ball. She also has a tremendously positive spirit to training and playing games. We are really excited to develop Kamble's game further. "

Jaxson has found even further success with breaking lines and making penetrating passes to create scoring opportunities for teammates. Keep up the great work Jaxson!"

In addition to a great attitude, Ronald is always working to be the top performer in sessions, every time he steps on the field. He played in the U-14 Game of Distinction in the WFC Academy Centre Combine in March and has also been selected to attend the WFC Academy Centre High Potential Prospects Camp in Vancouver in November. What her coaches say: "Molly has shown great development over the past couple of months. Molly is constantly looking to get on the ball and shows great awareness prior to receiving the ball. Molly has worked hard to continue developing her scanning prior to receiving. Her decision making is excellent on a consistent basis. Out of possession, Molly is one of the hardest workers, always looking to win the ball back for her team. Molly has also been a huge help to coaches, assisting with equipment, always the first to come in and always ready to listen. Fantastic work Molly, keep it going!"

As one of the younger players in the group, Bode demonstrates a real desire to improve and work hard, every time he steps on the pitch. Bode is fearless in and out of possession and has truly impressed coaches with his ability to take defenders on. Additionally, Bode has the ability to score goals in a variety of different ways.
