Birth Year: 2008
What his coaches say: "Tyler has been on his game as of late, showing some real quality on and off the ball. He has a real desire to learn and improve and always gives everything he has in training. He was a top performer for us when we travelled to Atlanta to participate in the Major League Soccer U-12 Generation adidas Cup. His ability to impact the game while playing in a variety of positions did not go unnoticed. Keep up the great work Tyler."

Name: Isla Holland

Arjun always shows up to sessions ready to listen, learn and apply all of key factors from training sessions. Arjun’s dedication to train has paid off, as he has been improving on a weekly basis. BMO Alberta South Academy Centre

Lethbridge

Name: Gage Parker
Birth Year: 2006
What his coach says: “Gage is fantastic to coach. He is dedicated, coachable, hard-working and always positive. Every session he leaves it all out there, trying to give the best performance he possibly can. The level of improvement we have seen from Gage in the first couple months shows how hungry he is to learn and better himself. He’s always first to volunteer, a natural leader and someone who consistently helps with putting equipment away post-session which shows his great character. Keep to those high standards and you will go far, congrats on the award and recognition.”

Name: Ursula Calvo-Chavez
Birth Year: 2009
What his coach says: "The transformation in Ursula in such a short period of time has been quite remarkable. She came into the program shy, didn’t say much and didn’t have much confidence on the ball. But she has taken every single message during the sessions into account and already we are starting to see what a gifted player she is. It is easy to see that she is now extremely happy to dribble, take defenders on with her new skills and expresses herself when in possession. She still has to become a little more communicative on the field, but I’m sure that will come given the level of progress we’ve already seen from Urs. Well done on the award and keep working hard to improve.“

BMO Island Academy Centres

Name: Tye Vanden Elsen
Birth Year: 2009
What his coaches say: "Tye is one of the hardest working players in our Island Academy and could be up for player of the month most months, but this month he has been even sharper than normal. Tye has fantastic ability to go 1v1 against players and also has superb vision for his age. Tye is already a leader in the program and we really look forward to continuing to work with him as he develops his game to the next level."
