We are continually looking for coaches interested in opportunities that may become available for Full-time or Part time positions with the Whitecaps BMO Academy Centre network across Canada.
You will be a passionate and qualified coach with a minimum National A / UEFA B license along with the technical skills, experience and personality to coach, mentor and develop young players.
You will also have the expertise to oversee all the off field administrative requirements, and the ability to network and promote the academy Centre within the community.
Responsibilities will vary from centre to centre, and are including but not limited to; technical service delivery for clubs and associations, coaching delivery of all training programs and camps, and coach development.
You will be part of a Canada wide club network connected to the central academy programs in Vancouver. This will include initial onboarding, ongoing training and regular communication, including visits from Whitecaps Vancouver FC staff.
Your professional development will be part of an annual plan that includes programming in Vancouver and opportunities to progress to other positions that may come up in the Whitecaps BMO academy network.
Applicants must be willing to relocate, and salary is commensurate with experience.
