BACK IN ACTION: After a break from MLS NEXT Pro action, WFC2 are back this Saturday as they face Cascadia rivals Timbers2 in their second of three consecutive away matches. The young 'Caps sit in fifth place in the Western Conference going into the weekend's action, five points outside the playoff places.
DUAL TRIP: For the first time this season, the young 'Caps will be flying back to Vancouver with the first team. The group will take in Sunday's first team match against Portland Timbers and will then fly back together via charter. The previous time both teams were on a double trip was at the end of May to Kansas City.
