Canada's men's national team captured a dominant 4-0 victory against Curaçao in Concacaf Nations League play on Thursday night at BC Place in Vancouver, BC.

After creating plenty of chances in the opening exchanges, Canada would open the scoring in the 27th minute thanks to a penalty kick from former 'Caps Homegrown Alphonso Davies, who calmly slotted his effort into the bottom left corner to give Canada the 1-0 lead.

Davies' goal marked the first time he scored at BC Place since his final match with the 'Caps on October 28, 2018, as he scored a brace against Cascadia rivals Portland Timbers.

Canada doubled their lead just before the halftime interval as Jonathan David whipped in a cross for Steven Vitoria to head home to give his team a 2-0 advantage at the break.

Fast forward to the 71st minute, the home side sent the BC Place faithful into a frenzy once again, as Davies grabbed his second of the match and Canada's third goal of the night after some neat interplay with Richie Laryea.

Les Rouges would seal the victory 14 minutes later, as another former 'Cap Homegrown in Sam Adekugbe set up current 'Caps forward Lucas Cavallini to score his 17th career goal for the national team, giving Canada the 4-0 win on the night.

Canada will now wrap up their June international window with another Concacaf Nations League clash next Monday, June 13 against Honduras at the Estadio Olimpico in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, with kick-off set for 7 p.m. PT. You can catch the match live on OneSoccer.
