Whitecaps FC are honoured to have Udayveer Singh Bhatt from Canada SCORES as Kid Captain for Wednesday's match against Houston Dynamo FC. The presentation will be alongside the Prawnsiders supporters group.
Udayveer is a Grade five student from Surrey who was recently named the winner of Canada SCORES' 2023 Red Carpet Poetry Slam. His confident slam poetry performance of his original work, "Soccer=Fun", never fails to make an audience laugh and feel excited. His charisma shines through not only in his poetry performances but in every poetry, soccer and community action session of the Canada SCORES after-school program that he participates in.

Supporters of the Match
Wednesday's Supporters of the Match are Darwin and Bronwen Moeller of the Prawnsiders supporters group.
They have been coming to games since 2013 and have been season ticket members since 2017.
Their favourite Whitecaps moments were watching Alphonso Davies start to develop into the person and player he is today. Their favourite part of being with the Prawnsiders is “standing when we want.”
