Notes

Whitecaps FC head coach Carl Robinson makes four changes to his starting XI from last Saturday’s 0-0 draw at LA Galaxy.


Andrew Jacobson and Tim Parker replace David Edgar and Kendall Waston at centre back, Jordan Harvey returns from injury after missing five MLS matches with an MCL sprain and replaces Marcel de Jong at left back, and Cristian Techera replaces Giles Barnes.


Five starters will have now started three consecutive matches including last week’s CONCACAF Champions League win over Sporting KC at BC Place – Jordan Smith, Fraser Aird, Matías Laba, Russell Teibert, and Erik Hurtado.
