VANCOUVER, BC – EA Sports announced on Wednesday that Vancouver Whitecaps FC defender Mathías Laborda has received an EA Sports Team of the Week card on FC26's Ultimate Team game mode.
Laborda was awarded the card for his clutch performance in the 'Caps thrilling shootout victory over Los Angeles FC in the MLS Cup Playoffs Western Conference Semifinal. This is the first time Laborda has been named to EA Sports' Team of the Week.
This marks the ninth special card the 'Caps have received dating back to the start of FC25.
