RUBBER MATCH: This will mark the third meeting of the season between the 'Caps and Quakes in MLS NEXT Pro. The first meeting saw WFC2 take a 2-0 win at Swangard Stadium on April 30. But the Quakes hit back with a 3-2 victory back at Swangard on June 24.
FINISHING STRONG: WFC2 have battled all season long in a tough Western Conference, and they will be looking to finish the season strong as high up the standings as possible. They're currently in seventh place, only three points back of San Jose in fifth place who are looking to keep their playoff hopes alive.
