She's a Canadian goalkeeping legend who's now set to take the next step in her career as the new General Manager of Women's Soccer for Vancouver Whitecaps FC.

What’s your hometown known for?
My hometown is known for elite-level goalies from different sports, so myself, Ben Scrivens and Grant Fuhr.
What’s one thing that reminds you of home?
Outdoor hockey rinks.
What do you love most about Vancouver?
I’m a big mountain girl so I think the accessibility to the mountains but also having the beauty of the ocean.

Don’t compromise yourself to make someone else happy.
What’s the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning?
I call my dog up onto the bed for morning cuddles.
Describe the worst haircut you’ve ever had.
I don’t think I’ve ever really had bad hair, I was born with a full head of thick hair so I’m pretty fortunate, I think I’ve just had some pretty good hair.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Any type of Poké bowl.
What’s the strangest job you’ve ever had?
I’ve never had a job outside of football. I hate admitting it but I love admitting it, it’s great that I’ve been able to do this for so long and never had to have another job.
What’s something you’re really interested in or passionate about?
Advocating for mental health.
