Voting is now open for the Whitecaps FC Player of the Month, presented by Coldwell Banker. Here are the four nominees for August.

David Edgar: Played the full 90 minutes in all four of Vancouver’s MLS matches, helping Whitecaps FC keep a clean sheet on August 27 against LA Galaxy. Also played the full 90 minutes in Vancouver’s 1-0 win over Central FC on August 2 in Trinidad & Tobago.
Erik Hurtado: Recorded a goal and two assists in three appearances in all competitions, including a one-goal, one-assist performance on August 23 against Sporting Kansas City. Voted Budweiser Man of the Match on August 27 against LA Galaxy.
Cristian Techera: Scored three goals in five appearances in all competitions, including a two-goal performance against Sporting KC on August 23.
Kendall Waston: Played the full 90 minutes in five of Vancouver’s six matches in all competitions, helping the ‘Caps keep clean sheets on August 23 against Sporting KC and August 27 against LA Galaxy. Also picked up an assist on August 12 against San Jose Earthquakes.
