VANCOUVER, BC – Major League Soccer confirmed on Wednesday that Vancouver Whitecaps FC's MLS regular season away match at LAFC originally planned for Saturday, June 28 at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles, California has been rescheduled to Sunday, June 29 at 6:30 p.m. PT.
The match will mark Vancouver's 25th all-time meeting against LAFC and the 14th meeting since April 2023. The teams already met once this season back in May, with the 'Caps coming back to secure a 2-2 draw at BC Place on MLS Season Pass' Sunday Night Soccer, presented by Continental Tire.
The new date is due to LAFC's participation at the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, with their final group stage match set to take place on Tuesday, June 24.
