First-place ‘Caps host second-place Houston on Wednesday before playoff rematch against Dallas on Saturday
VANCOUVER, BC – Vancouver Vancouver Whitecaps FC continue their quest to win the West with a pair of huge clashes at BC Place this week, with big crowds expected for both matches.

First up, the first-place ‘Caps host second-place Houston Dynamo FC tonight, with more than 21,000 tickets already sold for the midweek matchup. As part of the club’s ‘80s Match presented by Rio Mare, the Blue and White will turn Blue and Yellow, with red accents, in a nod to the 40th anniversary of the Vancouver 86ers as the club debuts its Archive Kit. The first 2,000 fans through the doors will also receive an exclusive 86ers headband.
Then on Saturday, Whitecaps FC welcome a second Texas foe to BC Place as FC Dallas comes to town. In a rematch of last year’s MLS Cup Playoffs Round One Best-of-3 Series, more than 23,000 tickets have already been sold as the ‘Caps look to strengthen their position atop the Western Conference.
