PC, 24, arrives in Vancouver following two seasons with Orlando City SC. The native of Sao Paulo, Brazil, made 18 first-team appearances with the Lions, scoring one goal and adding one assist across all competitions.

Prior to joining MLS, PC recorded nine goals and eight assists in 59 league and cup appearances with Fort Lauderdale Strikers and Tampa Bay Rowdies of the NASL. Before arriving in Florida, PC spent 2014 with Portuguese side CF Os Belenenses and is a youth product of famed Brazilian club Corinthians.

Following a three-month roster freeze, MLS held a half-day trade window on Sunday from 6 to 10 a.m. PT. Clubs will once again be able to sign and trade their players following the conclusion of the MLS Expansion Draft on Tuesday.
