– Vancouver Whitecaps FC have collaborated with Parkland Design & Manufacturing to launch a new limited edition series of backpacks and bags for the Unity capsule collection, made from recycled water bottles. Parkland is a Vancouver-based bags and accessories company established in 2015, with a vision of creating exceptional products designed for individuality, fun, and everyday life.
The bags are available on a limited availability and go on sale online this coming Thursday, August 30 at

, and in-stadium at BC Place this coming Saturday, September 1 as the ‘Caps take on San Jose Earthquakes.
The Unity collection is inspired by the Ironworkers of British Columbia, who helped build and unite our communities. This year marked the 60th anniversary of the collapse of the Second Narrows Crossing during construction in 1958, with the bridge later renamed the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge. Survivors from the 1958 collapse will be recognized prior to kickoff at Saturday’s match.
