VANCOUVER, BC – Vancouver Whitecaps FC will host Fan Appreciation Night presented by BCLC, Official Gaming Partner of Vancouver Whitecaps FC, this coming Saturday, October 1 as the ‘Caps continue their playoff push against Austin FC.
BCLC COMMUNITY SECTION
BCLC has donated more than 500 tickets for Saturday’s game to community groups within BC, including the Greater Vancouver Food Bank and Special Olympics BC.
MARCH TO THE MATCH
The supporters will be doing their final March to the Match of the season on Saturday, leaving at 5:45 p.m PT outside of Dublin Calling and heading down Robson street to Terry Fox Plaza.
SWAG ON ‘CAPS KICKOFF
Come to ‘Caps Kickoff on Terry Fox Plaza starting at 5:30 p.m. PT.
The Whitecaps FC Experience Team will be on hand handing out swag. Come early to get ready for the match!
JERSEYS OFF THE BACK
As part of an annual tradition, a selection of season ticket members and fans from the stands at Saturday’s match will be chosen to receive a jersey off the back of a Whitecaps FC player on the pitch after the match.
HALFTIME ACTIVATION PRESENTED BY BCLC
Three lucky competitors will take on a special obstacle course for their chance to win the top prize of a Pitchside Table and $200 in food and beverage credits at BC Place for a home match in 2023.
HALFTIME T-SHIRT CANNON
Whitecaps FC mascot Spike will be bringing out the t-shirt cannon on Saturday, sending merchandise into the stands for lucky fans at halftime.
ANTHEMS WITH SUPPORTERS
Ema Lake returns to sing the national anthems on Saturday and will do so in the Whitecaps FC supporters section.
CLEAR BAG GIVEAWAY FROM BCLC
Come early to get a clear bag and water bottle from BCLC at the gate A, C and G. They will also be available to be collected at BCLC concourse activation, in front of section 209, while supplies last.
