Whitecaps FC Network Partner Program welcomes Killarney Youth Soccer Association

VANCOUVER, BC – Vancouver Whitecaps FC is pleased to welcome the Killarney Youth Soccer Association (KYSA) as a new member of the Whitecaps FC Network Partner Program.

The Whitecaps FC Network Partner Program is focused on the continued development of soccer talent in Canada. The program provides clubs and associations across Canada with the opportunity to team up with the Whitecaps to grow and develop their soccer operations. Network Partners clubs’ benefit through technical services, curriculum, coach development, exclusive insider access to events, and developmental pathway opportunities.

“Killarney is another welcome addition to our Network Partner Program,” said Axel Schuster, Whitecaps FC sporting director. “It’s impressive to see a volunteer run club operate for nearly six decades. We’re looking forward to supporting their members with professional coaching and development opportunities.”

For almost 60 years the Killarney Youth Soccer Association (KYSA) has been dedicated to bringing organized soccer to their community’s youth, ensuring kids of every ability and background have a place to play. Their 100 percent volunteer driven club provides low barrier access to all children in their community to have the opportunity to be a part of a club and play a sport that is enjoyed across our city and the world. 

KYSA has something for everyone and every skill level, from their competitive Killarney FC in-house Mini Program to their divisional teams. Their targeted skills development programs, the Shamrock Academy and their ever-popular Spring Soccer program tailored for their younger and new players, support their players with the opportunity to continue their growth both on the field and in life. To find out more go to kysa.ca.
