Boot It Forward for Hope and Health

Vancouver Whitecaps FC are partnering with Hope and Health to collect soccer boots for Indigenous children and youth who participate in the annual Hope and Health Community Camps and Hope and Health at Home “H3” program.

Hope and Health is a soccer-based movement that engages Indigenous youth and children to improve long-term health and life outcomes. All partners involved are committed to making an impact in the community, especially through the beautiful game of soccer.

Throughout the month of June, gently-used or new boots will be collected at the various locations in Vancouver and Nanaimo, with a final wrap up collection at the Whitecaps FC match on Sunday, July 1.  Boots will be collected at ‘Caps Kickoff from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. PT on Terry Fox Plaza outside of BC Place.
