Whitecaps House to host Canada matches at the Hollywood Theatre

VANCOUVER, BC – The FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ is almost here, and Whitecaps House is the place to be for each and every Canada match!

Vancouver Whitecaps FC – in partnership with the Hollywood Theatre, Daily Hive, and Halford & Brough – announced details on Thursday for viewing parties of all Canada matches at the iconic Kitsilano venue.

Whitecaps House is open to all ages. Fans will have an opportunity to win one of two pairs of season tickets for the 2023 Whitecaps FC season or a pair of tickets to the 2023 Whitecaps FC home opener by who attending in person and staying tuned to Daily Hive and Halford & Brough.

Wednesday, November 23 - Canada vs. Belgium

  • Doors Open: 7:30 a.m. PT
  • Kickoff: 11 a.m. PT

Sunday, November 27 - Canada vs. Croatia

  • Doors Open: 7:30 a.m. PT
  • Kickoff 8 a.m. PT

Thursday, December 1 - Canada vs. Morocco

  • Doors Open: 6:30 a.m. PT
  • Kickoff: 7 a.m. PT

Whitecaps House will feature giveaways, including signed Alphonso Davies gear, Canada and Whitecaps FC jerseys. Enjoy the match with Canadian national team and World Cup alumni, led by Whitecaps legend Carl Valentine.

Fans can register today at showpass.com/hollywood-wc2022, while supply lasts. Doors will open at 7:30 a.m. PT for the first two matches, and 6:30 a.m. PT for the final group match. Alcohol sales will start at 9 a.m. PT.

Food will be available from Golden Era Burger Food Truck, including a breakfast burger. Snacks will also be available from the Dank Mart Concession.

Halford & Brough will be hosting their national show live at Whitecaps House on Wednesday, November 23 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. PT for a special pre-game before Canada’s first match against Belgium.

The Hollywood Theatre will also be hosting additional viewing parties throughout the World Cup. Find the full schedule below.
