PROFILE
A skilled and physical left-footed centre back, Elliot Green joins Whitecaps FC 2 in February 2016 after spending the previous two years with Swedish Division 2 club Ånge IF.
UNITED SOCCER LEAGUE
2016: Green started eight of his 11 regular season appearances in his first season with Whitecaps FC 2. He made his USL debut in the season-opener at Orange County Blues FC, then made his first start for WFC2 in the Week 14 1-1 draw against OKC Energy FC.
SWEDEN
Green played with three clubs in the Swedish football Division 2 Norrland. In 2015, the centre back made five starts with Gällivare Malmbergets FF before moving to Sollefteå GIF FF and making eight starts. In his first season in Sweden in 2014, Green started all 10 of his appearances with Ånge IF.
ENGLAND
Green made his professional debut for English club Lincoln City F.C. in 2012. The left-footed native of Lincoln, England has also spent time playing with Lincoln United F.C., Grantham Town F.C., Sheffield F.C., and Eastwood Town F.C. in his native country.
