A defender from Ottawa, Ontario who joined the Whitecaps FC Residency program in January 2017 after previously playing with 'Caps Academy Centre partners Ottawa South United.
DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY
2017-18: Foley started in 18 of 25 regular season matches for Whitecaps FC U-19. He started in all five of his playoffs appearances and helped the U-19's reach the semi-final stage of the competition. 2016-2017: Foley appeared in 13 matches for Whitecaps FC U-16, starting in 10 of those matches. He also appeared in all six of their playoff matches, cracking the starting lineup in three of those.

Made his debut in the Canadian youth national team program at a U-15 identification camp in 2015 with coach Ante Jazic.
