Speaking of talent, right back Chris Estridge was the other player picked up at yesterday’s SuperDraft and comes to the ‘Caps with a lot of accolades of his own. Estridge was named a first-team All-American by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, an NSCAA All-Great Lakes Region first-team member, and a unanimous first-team All-Big Ten selection in 2011.
