WHITECAPS FC IN THE NEWS:

Alain Rochat was one of the more consistent performers on the back end last year for Whitecaps FC. He believes he and his teammates learned many lessons and is confident that this year will be much different for the 'Caps. (Bruce Constantineau - The Vancouver Sun)

Players aren't hiding their expectations for the team's second season in Major League Soccer. With the personnel moves made in the off-season, the team plans to be in the thick of things from First Kick on Saturday, March 10, until the very end of the season.
