The 2015 MLS regular season will come to an end this Sunday on #DecisionDay, with every match in the Western Conference – as well as Chicago Fire vs. New York Red Bulls for the MLS Supporters' Shield implications – being played at the same time (4 p.m. PT).

Vancouver Whitecaps FC already clinched a playoff spot a few weeks back, but there’s still a ton on the line – especially after Sporting KC fell 2-0 to Colorado Rapids on Wednesday night.
The ‘Caps are still guaranteed to #BringItHome and clinch a home playoff game with a win against Houston, but a top two finish and bye to the conference semifinals is all of a sudden within their reach as well. If the ‘Caps beat Houston, and LA doesn’t beat SKC on the road, then Whitecaps FC will finish second and avoid the Knockout Round.
Here are all the different scenarios:
TOP 2 FINISH (BYE TO CONFERENCE SEMIS)
1. Whitecaps FC win vs. Houston AND LA Galaxy lose or draw vs. Sporting KC
2. Whitecaps FC draw vs. Houston AND Sporting KC win vs. LA AND Portland lose or draw vs. Colorado AND Seattle Sounders FC lose or draw vs. RSL
TOP 4 FINISH (HOME PLAYOFF GAME)
1. Whitecaps FC win vs. Houston
2. Whitecaps FC draw vs. Houston AND Sporting KC win vs. LA
3. Whitecaps FC draw vs. Houston AND Seattle draw or lose vs. RSL
4. Whitecaps FC draw vs. Houston AND Portland draw or lose vs. Colorado
5. Whitecaps FC lose vs. Houston AND Sporting KC lose or draw vs. LA AND Seattle lose or draw vs. RSL
