VANCOUVER, BC – Mark your calendars.
CONCACAF announced the schedule for the 2016-17 Champions League quarterfinals today, with Vancouver Whitecaps FC opening the knockout round on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at New York Red Bulls (5 p.m. PT kickoff). The two-leg series will then shift to BC Place the following week for the decisive second leg on Thursday, March 2 (7 p.m. PT).

TICKET INFORMATION: Tickets to all Champions League knockout stage home matches (which includes the quarterfinals, semifinals, and final) will be automatically added to 2017 Whitecaps FC Season Ticket Memberships and charged prior to each round unless Season Ticket Members choose to opt out of the Champions League package. Further ticket information for Season Ticket Members and the general public will be available in the coming weeks.
Whitecaps FC enter the knockout stages as the top seed after finishing group play with a perfect 4W-0L-0D record and a plus eight goal differential. New York, who posted a 2W-0L-2D record, advance as the eighth seed. This is the first time both teams have reached the quarterfinals.
Should they advance, the 'Caps would face Mexican side Pumas UNAM or Tigres UANL in the two-leg semifinals between March 14 and April 5, 2017. The two-leg final will then take place between April 19 and April 26, 2017.
