Injury Report
• David Edgar: out - suffered posterior cruciate and medial collateral ligaments (PCL and MCL) tear, as well as a meniscus tear, in his right knee on December 15, surgery on January 4
• Brett Levis: out - suffered an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tear in his right knee during the second half of the season finale against Portland on October 23, surgery on November 8
• Yordy Reyna: out - left foot (fifth metatarsal) fracture suffered in the second half of the preseason match at Portland on February 15, surgery on February 21

- Three changes from the Champions League quarterfinal second leg against New York Red Bull as right back Sheanon Williams replaces Jake Nerwinski, midfielder Andrew Jacobson replaces suspended Russell Teibert. and forward Fredy Montero replaces Kekuta Manneh


-  Average age of 27 years and nine months, which is the oldest WFC starting XI this year. Six players are 29 or older, 16-year old Alphonso Davies is the only starter under 24 years old.


-  Seven different birth countries: Argentina, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Liberia, and USA (x5)


-  Two Canadians in the XI: Marcel de Jong and Homegrown Alphonso Davies (joined the club’s Residency program in 2015)


-  Sheanon Williams makes his first start in Champions League play. Williams played the final 14 minutes in the quarterfinal second leg against New York. Williams turns 27 on Friday.


-  Designated Player and three-time MLS All-Star Fredy Montero makes his first-ever start for WFC. Montero made his WFC debut in the quarterfinal second leg against New York as he scored with his first touch of the match. In total, Montero has scored seven career Champions League goals - including six with Seattle Sounders FC - 2010/11: 1; 2011/12: 3; 2012/13: 2


-  Substitute Christian Dean turned 24 today.
