VANCOUVER, BC – Erfan Hosseini, Vancouver Whitecaps FC’s official eMLS representative, has selected his squad for this week’s inaugural eMLS Cup.
The eMLS Cup, which begins later this week in Boston, is a competition between 19 of the best FIFA 18 gamers in North America – all of whom are representing a club from Major League Soccer. Hosseini, who goes by Skill Shack, is the youngest competitor at 17 years old.
Each eMLS competitor must include at least three MLS players on the field at all times, including at least two players from the MLS club they represent.
The Whitecaps FC players in Hosseini’s starting XI are Kendall Waston (hero), Efrain Juarez (silver), and Yordy Reyna (silver). Waston was already the fourth strongest player in FIFA 18 before he got an International Hero upgrade for scoring the goal that sent Costa Rica to the 2018 FIFA World Cup.Hosseini also has Alphonso Davies’ silver card on his bench.
The winner of eMLS Cup will advance to the EA SPORTS FIFA 18 Global Series Playoff, on the Road to the FIFA eWorld Cup – where the undisputed FIFA 18 World Champion will be crowned in August.
