The 50th Anniversary match marks a historic milestone in the illustrious history of Vancouver Whitecaps FC, nearly 50 years to the day of the first match on May 5, 1974.

During National Indigenous History Month, Whitecaps FC are proud to host the club’s fourth annual Indigenous Peoples Match, celebrating the cultures and contributions of Indigenous and First Nations peoples.

Throwback to the rebirth of professional soccer in Canada and Vancouver 86ers legacy of national championships, as well as the longest undefeated streak in North American professional sports history!

This coming season will mark the 11th anniversary of Whitecaps FC Pride Match, less than one month before the 2024 Vancouver Pride Parade.
