Can I place a deposit for either the 2027 Sprint Season or the 2027/2028 Season? 

Yes, you can place a $100 deposit per account to join the waitlist for the opportunity to purchase a Season Membership for the 2027 MLS Sprint Season and/or 2027/2028 MLS Regular Season. 

You can also place a $500 deposit per account to join the Premium Membership waitlist for the opportunity to purchase a Premium Membership for either or both seasons.

Season Memberships include standard and club seating categories. Premium Memberships include Premium Suites and Tables.

Why should I place a deposit for a 2027/2028 Season Ticket Membership? 

When you place a deposit you establish a priority position on the applicable Membership Waitlist providing you with an opportunity to purchase a Membership, once your account is reached, from the best available seats for the 2027 MLS Sprint and/or 2027/2028 MLS Regular Seasons. Whether you're looking to be front and center, be close to the aisle, or get the best possible value, we'll help you find the perfect seats to match your needs. 

In addition to your priority waitlist position, when your per account deposit is made, you will also receive: 

• A Dedicated Account Representative: Connect with your personal Whitecaps FC Account Manager

And, for the remainder of the 2026 MLS Regular Season and 2026 MLS Cup Playoffs, you will be eligible to receive

• Presale Access: Priority presale access to single-match tickets for the 2026 MLS Cup Playoffs and select BC Place events, subject to availability and all applicable Ticketing Terms and Conditions
• Apple TV Subscription: One Complimentary Apple TV Subscription for the first 500 accounts across the Season Membership Waitlist and Premium Membership Waitlist, determined by the date and time the applicable deposit is received.
• Exclusive Event: One invitation to an exclusive Whitecaps FC event.

How much is a Season Membership deposit? 

Season Membership deposits are $100 and Premium Memberships are $500 per account. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of your 2027 Sprint and/or 2027/2028 Season Membership, as applicable. 

What happens after I've placed a deposit? 

After you’ve placed a deposit, your account will be placed on the applicable Membership waitlist based on the date and time your deposit is received. As eligible Membership inventory becomes available, a representative from our Membership or Premium Sales Team will give you a call in priority order and help you find the best possible seating for the upcoming 2027 Sprint and/or 2027/2028 Regular season as soon as season tickets go on sale.

What seats are going to be available for me to select once I get called? 

You will be offered the best available season seats following our auto-renewal window. However, Membership opportunities available to you will depend on the inventory available when your account is reached on the applicable Membership Waitlist. Any 2027/2028 season seat opt-outs will become available for 2027/2028 season ticket memberships.  

If I’m contacted about Season Tickets and am unable to purchase at the time, can I decline? 

Yes, if you do not wish to purchase any of the Membership opportunities made available to you once your account is called, you can decline. However, once Whitecaps FC contacts you regarding your Membership opportunity, your priority position on the applicable Membership Waitlist is fulfilled and does not continue for a later Membership opportunity. If you decline all of the Membership opportunities made available to you or don’t respond within the selection time period, your unused deposit will be converted to an account credit that may be applied toward the future purchase of eligible Whitecaps FC ticket products, subject to applicable law. On a case-by-case basis, we may be able to apply your credit to a Partial Season Plan if a Season Membership is no longer available. 

Does my deposit go towards my ticket purchase? 

Yes, if you wish to secure a Membership, your deposit will be applied to the cost of your season ticket membership. Memberships, once secured, will be subject to the 2027 MLS Sprint Season Membership Agreement and/or Membership Agreement for the 2027/2028 MLS Regular Season, as applicable.

Can I put my Whitecaps FC Season Tickets on a payment plan? 

Yes. As a stand-alone seasons, the 2027/28 Regular Season Membership is available on a 11-month payment plan starting January 15 while the 2027 Sprint Season is available a 6-month payment plan beginning on October 15.

How will I know when it is my turn to select? 

Accounts will be contacted in the order in which their deposit was received and placed on the applicable Membership Waitlist. When it is your turn to select, you will be contacted directly by a Whitecaps FC ticketing representative.
