How do I access my loaded ticket voucher(s)?

We’ve made matchday smoother than ever before by enhancing your loaded ticket voucher with participating vendors at BC Place. Here's a step by step guide on how to access your loaded ticket voucher.

iOS or Android (Mobile Browser)

  1. Open phone browser (Safari or Chrome)
  1. Go to whitecapsfc.com/accountmanager
  1. Sign in
  1. Go to My Events by selecting Manage Tickets
  1. Click on View Event Details for the match for which you have a voucher
  1. Click on Voucher under Event Extras to view/scan the voucher QR code(s)

Apple Wallet Ticket (voucher not accessible in Google Pay Wallet)

  1. Open the Apple Wallet App
  1. Select the match ticket that has the voucher
  1. Click on the three-dot icon at the top right of the ticket
  1. Click Pass Details
  1. Scroll down to view/scan QR code(s)

Additional Mobile Voucher Information

  1. Vouchers are not available within the Google Pay wallet. On Android devices, you must use the Mobile Browser option detailed above
  1. Voucher QR Code/Barcode is not valid for entry
  1. Screenshots will not be accepted
